All holiday rentals
are at the weekend rate.
Check
in time is 3 pm and Check out time 11 AM
Late Check Ins.
If you plan to check in late - after 5 pm during the winter/shoulder
season
and 6 pm during peak season you must call ahead and
let us know.
Rates are subject to change and not guaranteed
with out a paid in advance reservation.
A credit card is required to rent a condominium.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled with in 72 hours of scheduled arrival
time or your credit card will be charged for 1 nights stay for each
room reserved.
Because a high number of people are allergic to animal dander, we
ask that you do not bring your pets along.
Villas on Pepin is a multi-level facility. Minnesota State Law bans
charcoal grills on patios and decks.
Check with your Guest Services Representative if you have any
questions.
